Foundry: Silver is melted with 7.25% copper, the result is silver of 92.5% purity that is poured into molds or blocks for drawing or rolling. Using this mixture, achieved adequate malleability, silver of 9.25 is ideal to be worked, otherwise it is hard and brittle.
Annealing: Bars obtained are heated with a torch until they are red hot, this is done to give to the metal flexibility and greater consistency.

Laminate: It goes through a roller to convert the block into sheets or thin films.

Drawing: The plate is passed through threshing machine to become threads of different calibres, after blocks or rows are usually used for accurate calibers.

Emptying.- Initially the mold is in rubber, it is the matrix, based on a physical sample. About this matrix, wax is filled with the desired amount, and introduced into a tube of iron that is filled with special plaster. Once dry, it is heated to remove the wax, these are definitive molds where molten silver is injected with a centrifugal. After removing, mold is cut, unions are filed and finishes are done. The plaster mold is discarded because it has one life.

Watermark.- Round silver wire of 15-25 mm. becomes laminated thin threads. With tweezers is forming desired figure, weaving threads of silver, then welded to the frame with silver and bronze shavings (welding mixture is 10 silver parts for 5 bronze parts).
Stamped.- To this, the mold used is a steel matrix, this matrix is pressed on a sheet of silver, the same shape of the matrix is obtained on the silver plate, then the edges are cut and the figure refined.

Manual winding.- Frame is prepared with silver wires and using tweezers, pliers, rules, will give the desired shape with wire pieces of the same metal, according to the design you wish to achieve.

Bleached: To blech the product you have to immerse it in sulfuric acid and then in a solution of sodium bicarbonate. Finally washed it using detergent and water.

Preparation of stones: Colored stones (turquoise, quartz, onyx, obsidian, opal, agate, etc.) are carved with tools equipped with motor and diamond disks of different types. Stone cuts are made and then worned to the appropriate model, finally the marking to crimp is made and polished with sandpaper, abrasive fabrics and impregnated with polishing paste fabrics.

Crimping: Colored stones are located and clamped in silver frame.

Grinding and polishing: It makes polishing and buffing with emery cloth and rubbing posts with a polishing paste.
